Early Access is free for the company and its employees. No credit card is required, no payment details are requested, and there is no automatic paid conversion. There is no fixed Early Access end date, but this is not a lifetime-free promise.
New-company trial and planned annual pricing
New company registrations receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Planned standard subscription: £199 per company per year, no monthly subscription. Planned founding offer: £99 for the first year only for the first 20 companies completing independently verified paid subscriptions; standard renewal is £199/year, clearly disclosed before purchase. Trial registrations do not reserve founding places. No payment processing, automatic charges or automatic free-trial conversion is active. Trial-expiry restrictions remain disabled pending explicit launch approval. Existing Early Access customers retain previously promised terms until properly changed with applicable notice, including at least 30 days before free access ends and active customer agreement for payment.
Before free access ends
Customers will receive at least 30 days' advance notice before free access ends. Any paid conversion requires the customer's active choice and acceptance of separate paid terms. Notice delivery and recorded acceptance arrangements must be finalised before any future change. New-company trials and planned prices are distinct from existing Early Access; no payment or legacy access restriction is activated by this preparation.
Service and customer data
Features may evolve during Early Access. No guaranteed availability, backup recovery or support SLA is asserted. Customer admins can export selected company operational records and request reviewed closure. Automatic deletion is disabled; closure/deletion follows separately approved procedures and legal exceptions. Privacy and DPA drafts must be reviewed before final use. Approval required
Owner/legal review must settle suspension/termination rights, access after notice, export availability after termination, warranties/liability and governing law/jurisdiction. No unsupported conditions are filled in by this draft.
